Changes and Cancellations
All rules of Australian Consumer Law are abided by regarding cancelled or altered bookings. The following fees are applicable in such circumstances, up to 72 hours before departure:
Refunds and Exchanges
Physical products can be returned for change of mind as a refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as a receipt is provided. Outside of this 14 day period, the product may be exchanged or the value held in credit for one year.
Refunds are strictly to be given via the same method they were initially paid. If the original payment was in cash and more than $1000, the customer will be issued a cheque.
Privacy Policy
Go! Travel upholds the highest of standards regarding our customer’s privacy. Their information is securely held in our database and our numerous policies throughout our business ensures this. Should they wish to review the data we hold about them, they can email us at [email protected] with their request, attaching 3 items of identification. The customer’s personal information will be shared only with the travel providers they are booking with and while we cannot be responsible for their actions, Go! Travel regularly reviews its suppliers to maintain integrity in this field.
Guarantee of Quality Service
In addition to the customer’s rights under Australian Consumer Law, Go! Travel can guarantee that our services are:
Price Guarantee
All services and products are offered as per the advertised price at the time of service. Should the price of any part of your booking reduce up to 24 hours before your time of departure, the customer is granted the option of a refund of that difference; they can email [email protected] to request this.
As per Go! Travel’s price match guarantee, Go! Travel will match any current advertised or quoted competitor price as long as booking options of the same products are available to us at the time of request. Substitute products or services are not applicable under the price match guarantee.

- Domestic bookings – will incur a $40 administration fee per booking, as well as any fees incurred by the travel/accommodation/activity provider impacted.
- International bookings – will incur a $50 administration fee per booking, while travel provider fees may vary from nil to 100% of price.
